Q Care Integrated Services Pty Ltd is a Far North Queensland care provider built on a simple idea: people shouldn't have to hold their own care together.
We began by supporting people living with disability and mental health challenges — coordinating NDIS plans, coaching recovery, and making sure the supports around a person actually worked together.
That work taught us that the hardest part of care is rarely the care itself. It's the navigating: the assessments, the funding rules, the waiting lists, the handovers between providers who never speak to each other.
We are now extending that same integrated approach into aged care. Many of the families we support are caring for an ageing parent while managing their own plan. Rather than sending them elsewhere, we now walk with them through Support at Home, Home Care Packages, CHSP and privately funded support as well.
